Questions about plans

What counts as an image check?

Each image you upload and we analyse — a post, banner, hoarding, flyer or screenshot — uses one image check when its report is produced. Pasting the words of an ad (scripts, captions, ad copy, website text) is a script check, which is always free and unlimited.

Do checks from different plans add up?

Yes. Free, Starter and Monthly checks stack. We always use the checks that expire soonest first, so nothing goes to waste — checks that never expire, like your free ones, are used last. Your Account page shows each block of checks and when it expires.

When do checks expire?

Free checks never expire. Starter checks are valid for 60 days from payment. Monthly checks are valid until the end of the billing month they came with — they don't roll over, and the next month brings 30 new ones.

What if a check fails?

It's free. A check only uses a credit once its report is ready. If we can't finish one, the credit goes straight back to your account and “Try again” re-runs it at no charge.

How do I cancel Monthly?

From your Account page — Subscription → Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of the current billing month: you won't be charged again, and that month's checks stay usable until it ends.

Can I get a refund?

Checks that have been used aren't refundable. If a payment failed but money was debited, or you were charged twice, email support@medvyn.in within 7 days and we'll refund it to your original payment method. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How can I pay?

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets — through Razorpay's secure checkout. Prices include GST. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

We're an agency checking ads for many clients. Is there a bigger plan?

Monthly gives 30 image checks every month, and you can add Starter packs on top whenever you need more. For larger volumes or team billing, email support@medvyn.in.
