How it works

From draft to compliant in three steps

  1. Step 1: Paste or upload

Drop in the reel script, caption, ad copy or website text — or upload the creative itself. Tell us who is publishing and where.

  2. Step 2: Sign in (free)

Continue with Google or email. Your draft is saved while you do, so nothing is lost.

  3. Step 3: Get a clause-by-clause report

A verdict and score, every risky line highlighted with the clause it breaches and why, plus compliant wording to copy.

What you get

A report you can act on in minutes

Every flagged line is quoted and highlighted, tied to the exact clause — expand it to read the clause verbatim — with a plain-English reason and wording you can paste straight back into your draft.

  • Missing disclosures, like your registration number
  • Exemptions considered — announcements, health education
  • A full compliant rewrite, ready to copy

Common violations we catch

The lines that get doctors and hospitals into trouble

Read all the clauses
  • Guaranteed cures & “100% success”

“Guaranteed results”, “100% painless”, “permanent cure”, “5,000+ successful surgeries”

  • “Best”, “No.1”, “top” and “leading” claims

“Best gynaecologist in Delhi”, “No.1 hospital in the city”, “most trusted”

  • Discounts & free offers

“Flat 30% off”, “free check-up camp”, “this week only”, coupons and cashback

  • Patient testimonials & before/after photos

“See what our patients say”, review requests, before-and-after collages, celebrity patients

  • Missing NMR/SMC registration number

A doctor's post without name, qualifications and registration number

  • AI content without an AI label

AI-generated visuals, voices or text published without saying they're AI-made

Built for everyone who publishes healthcare ads

  • Doctors

Check posts, reels and clinic signage before they go live — the graded penalties in clause 10.1 start at the first violation.

  • Hospitals & clinics

Review campaigns, hoardings and website copy against the rules for institutions and the doctors they feature.

  • Agencies

Hand clients a clause-cited report with every draft. The guidelines say outsourcing doesn't shift responsibility.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is this an official NMC tool?
No. NMC Ad Guide is an independent compliance aid built by MEDVYN. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the National Medical Commission. We check against the published Guidelines on Ethical Advertising (6 October 2026) — always read the official notice for the final word.
I'm a dentist, physiotherapist or AYUSH practitioner. Can I use it?
Yes. These guidelines do not apply directly to you, but it is advisable to follow these principles — choose your profession under “Who is publishing?” and your report is marked as advisory. Your own regulator's code (Dental Council of India, NCAHP, NCISM or NCH) governs your advertising.
Can I ask my own questions about the guidelines?
Yes. Type your doubts in the questions box with your ad — in English, Hindi or Hinglish. The report answers each one from the guidelines and cites the clauses it relies on. It's general guidance, not legal advice.
Is my content stored?
Yes — privately, in your account, so you can reopen reports and compare versions. We never publish or share what you submit, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Which languages does it understand?
English, Hindi (Devanagari) and Hinglish — including romanised Hindi such as “pakka ilaaj” or “guarantee ke saath”.
Can I check images and creatives?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 10 MB — a post, banner, hoarding or screenshot. We read the text in the image and flag visual problems such as before/after photos or identifiable patients. Please blur patient faces and names before uploading. Each account includes two free image checks; to request more, email support@medvyn.in. Text checks are unlimited.
Is the report legal advice?
No. It's automated guidance to help you catch problems early, with the exact clause for every point so you can verify it yourself. For high-stakes campaigns, have the final version reviewed by a qualified professional.
Why do I need to sign in to see the result?
Reports are private and saved to your account, so only you can see them. Signing in is free (Google or email), and it lets us keep the tool free for everyone — text checks are unlimited, and each account includes two free image checks.

Publish with confidence.
